A Little About The Person Behind The Business
I'm Alison, founder of Admin Associate and an experienced Online Business Manager who helps business owners build stronger operations behind what they do best.
I'm not bringing you a list of certificates. I'm bringing more than 25 years of experience built by doing the work; running businesses, managing people and projects, building systems from scratch and figuring out what to do when things aren't working.
I've been the person everything falls on. I've made the tough decisions, solved the problems, and learned what it takes to keep a business moving when there's no room for things to fall through the cracks.
I've learned that good work isn't just about knowing what to do, it's about taking care of what has been entrusted to you.
